As the term suggests, RTP describes financial transactions that occur in real time between a sender and a receiver. It enables the immediate transfer of funds between bank accounts, typically within seconds.
Since RTPs allow for the immediate transfer of funds 24x7, including at weekends and holidays, traditional banking norms are being redefined, including automated clearing house (ACH) payments, which may take several business days to complete.
With growing demand for faster payment solutions, RTPs are increasingly becoming popular due to their immediacy and convenience.

Victoria Colburn brings over 20 years of extensive experience to AR OPERATIONS INC., where she serves as a Managing Partner on the Executive Management Team. For 20 of those years, she specialized in investment banking and sales, expertly finalizing high-value deals and managing numerous investor portfolios with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Prior to joining AR OPERATIONS INC., Victoria worked with several prominent investment banks, where she sourced, structured, and raised over $500 million in direct and indirect financing for small to medium-sized companies across various industries. While a versatile generalist, Victoria has a particular passion for the life sciences sector, having successfully raised more than $750 million in capital for pharmaceutical company transactions involving top-tier institutional investors.
Known for her strategic vision and keen market insight, Victoria has a track record of driving growth through innovative financing solutions and collaborative partnerships. She is also deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of finance professionals, championing diversity and inclusion within the industry.
Victoria assumed her current position after co-leading an external syndicate of investors and industry experts in the successful recapitalization and reorganization of AR OPERATIONS INC. Her leadership continues to shape the company’s strategic direction, positioning it for sustained success in competitive markets.

Jeffrey Glazer is a Senior Portfolio Controller and was part of the company during its transition from New York City REIT to American Strategic Investment Company. From 2019 through 2025, he served as the company’s Consultant Manager and Accounting Officer. Prior to joining the company, he held several senior financial roles. From 2021 through 2024, he was Director and Corporate Controller at The Predictive Index. Before that, he served as Controller of Viral Gains from 2016 through 2018. From 2020 through 2022, he was Vice President of Finance, North America, for David Wood and Associates in San Francisco.
Mr. Glazer has a background in public accounting, having worked for regional firms and most recently at RSM US. He has experience in both publicly traded and private companies and has been a strategic partner in early-stage startups as well as private equity-backed organizations. He has participated in numerous capital raises, ranging from Series A to growth stages.
Jeffrey is also a senior member of volunteer organizations that support children in need, inspired by the loss of his little sister at a very young age.
Mr. Glazer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Oslo and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the McCallum Graduate School at Bentley University.

Serenity Davis serves as the General Consulting Manager of AR Operations Inc. Previously, she held the position of Executive Vice President at AR Operations Inc. With over 25 years of extensive experience, Serenity is a seasoned expert in acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets, having worked with some of the industry’s leading asset managers.
Throughout her career, Serenity has successfully led complex acquisition deals, managed diverse asset portfolios, and played a pivotal role in capital raising and strategic investment initiatives. Her deep understanding of market dynamics and operational excellence has consistently driven growth and value creation.
Serenity is also known for her innovative approach to asset management, integrating technology and data analytics to optimize portfolio performance. She has been instrumental in mentoring emerging leaders in the industry and fostering collaborative partnerships across global markets.
